Online Travel Vietnam: Thua Thien Hue, Khanh Hoa, Quang Ninh, Lam Dong, Binh Thuan and Danang – were listed in 2011’s inspection plan by the Ministry of Planning and Investment (MPI) due to “careless investment licencing” and “low efficiency”.
